Learning Experience Manager

|
England, United Kingdom

I am currently partnering with a thriving 5k headcount, nationwide healthcare charity organisation that are changing lives across the UK.

They are looking for a Learning Experience Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role will include partnering with the wider organisation to understand any challenges and areas of focus from a training and development perspective. With the aim of moving away from a traditional training model, to a more blended learning approach. Along with the line management of 6 members of the training team.

Salary is up to £55,000 PA plus benefits.

Predominately remote but access to the London / Manchester office for important meetings is essential. Occasional travel to regional sites, which you can expense.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the learning offer through a hub and spoke model across the business.

• Lead, engage and develop a learning community of practice.

• Engage and empower the learning team to ensure that all work is delivered on time, to standard and is innovative and engaging.

• Apply the 70.20.10 training methodology, to design and deliver a mix of engaging learning content that supports learning application and is a key part of the EVP.

• Lead conversations with the HRBPs and stakeholders to understand future learning requirements, challenges and needs across the business.

• Engage and influence sector forums to align learning strategy with developments within the sector.

• Work with the LMS provider to ensure that we maximise functionality of the system to meet the business and learner needs.

• Stay connected with innovation in the use of technology in learning and apply any applicable opportunities.

• In working with operational colleagues, develop an approach that allows accessibility to learning for all colleagues.

• Evaluate learning to review it’s effectiveness and impact on individuals and the organisation.

• Represent the team at governance forums and through data and insight give assurance against legal and regulatory obligations.

• Lead a co-production approach to ensure that diverse groups and people we support are involved and considered throughout all activities
