BIM Co-Ordinators require to work for Principal Contractor on High Speed Rail London Tunnels Project in London.

12 Month Contract initially - Outside IR35
Based West London - South Ruislip - 5 days per week on site.
M&E/MEP/Mechanical & Electrical Experience

Role Brief:
This role is responsible for checking and clash detection of the BIM information through ProjectWise and iTwin to assure alignment with the client’s requirements.
•Co-ordinate and monitor weekly BIM data drops from the supply chain
•Model federation
•Checking BIM co-ordination in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan.
•Checking embedded BIM meta data of in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan.
•Clash detection of BIM models in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan.

Required Experience:
•Recognised qualification from a MEP background – Desirable
•Desirable to have Architectural or Structural experience although not essential.
•Experience across all stages of a project lifecycle.
•Experience of working within large infrastructure project environments
•Experience of clash detection
•Bentley AECOSim capable
•Bentley Projectwise capable
•Autodesk Navisworks capable
•Desirable to have Bentley iTwin experience although not essential
•Desirable to have Autodesk Revit experience although not essential
•3D CAD Production on a Civil Engineering Project
•Good understanding BIM principles and PAS1192
