Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Administrator, youll play a vital role in Severn Trents Customer Operations team. Your responsibilities will include receiving samples into the lab, inputting them into the computer system, subcontracting samples to other labs, and generating reports. Additionally, youll contribute to maintaining efficient sample flow and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.

Key Accountabilities:

• Registration and preparation of sample bottles within allocated deadlines
• Maintaining daily service delivery to Company KPIs
• Understanding customer requirements and ensuring satisfaction
• Investigating and reporting non-conforming work
• Collaborating with team members to optimize sample flow
• Managing inter-laboratory chain of custodies and reporting anomalies
• Ensuring proper disposal procedures of completed sample containers
• Timely completion and dispatch of pre-registered survey samples
