Our client Scottish Power Renewables are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to join the team based in Lowestoft.
This will be a contract role for 12 months initially.
Main Purpose of Job
•To oversee, manage and take responsibility for all administration activities for the construction team on the East Anglia Hub projects.
•Including administration associated with the office and is efficient running
•Coordination of visitors and any events to be held at the construction site
Key Tasks
?Comply with on-site Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental (QHSE) requirements;
?Read, understand and comply with Company Policies and Procedures at all times;
?Organize (as per the Construction Manager and site teams instructions) and participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings/campaigns and assist the QHSE team in reporting;
?Liaison with site management and construction teams and provide support as required;
?Deal with internal and external communication (phone calls, emails, post in/out etc.), ensure that urgent messages are actioned and receive deliveries;
?Organize site meetings and take minutes;
?Collect, check and process work orders and timesheets;
?Deal with document controlling/management process and administration, including maintaining database, creating templates etc.;
?Update and retain training documentation, training matrix, EHS training/inductions etc.;
?Tracking absences, holidays and calendar management of site personnel;
?Administrative ad hoc tasks;
?Assist in the purchasing process by raising Purchase Orders and invoices;
?Provide support in finance tasks such as budgeting and forecasting;
?Arrange travel for visitors, site personnel and management;
?Maintain site registries, records (such as Health & Safety, accidents, medicals etc.) and database as required;
?Manage site/stationary supplies;
?Manage/order staff Personal Protection Equipment (PPE);
?Archive key documents once construction is complete; and
?Consolidate daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
