Our client Scottish Power are currently recruiting for Technical Clerical Support to join the team based in Cambuslang/Glasgow City Centre.

This would be a contract role initially for 12 months but likely to be extended.

Job Purpose Statement
Provide support to License Design and Development department in production of workload reports and the development of reporting systems and measures. Support the team on data quality and the financial approval process. Engage with Customers and internal/external stakeholders on incumbent information in relation to either customer connections or internal capital delivery work- logging and allocating projects as instructed by management. Provide excellent customer service and contractor engagement.

Accountability Statements
•Produce all business performance reports required
•Support the business to ensure required level of data quality
•Support the business in the development of new measures and reports
•Manage the action tracking system from interface meetings
•Actively manage incoming customer engagement
•Monitor, record and report on customer connections enquiries
•Promote and support process & quality initiatives and customer service improvements across the business
•Provide support in the maintenance of all Customer Projects’ processes.
•Provide support on contractor engagement in delivery functions
•Provide support on the financial approval process through forecast management, raising and issuing purchase orders.
•Contribute as a member of the License Design and Development Team

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
•Working knowledge of network and business undertakings
•Working knowledge of reporting tools
•Working knowledge of document / version control
•Clear and concise Reporting
•Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team
•Expert knowledge of excellent customer service

Minimum Criteria (mandatory)
Criteria
•Higher Education or equivalent (four GCSE grades) particularly in Maths and English.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office Functions
