Day Rate: £270neg/day (Inside IR35)
Contract Length: 6 months

Our client is looking for a confident, fast-moving Construction Change Manager to lead an exciting Emerging Tech project. This is your chance to shape the future of one of the UK’s leading utilities providers by delivering impactful change through cutting-edge technology.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple Emerging Tech transformation projects from idea to delivery
• Track project performance and take action when things need steering
• Work with stakeholders across the business to ensure solutions are adopted and embedded
• Reimagine existing processes to make sure new tech delivers real benefits
• Build compelling business cases to secure support and funding
• Communicate the value of your projects clearly and confidently

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience managing technology transformation in digitally mature businesses
• Experience with construction software experience is beneficial
• A background in building and delivering innovative solutions from scratch
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments (startups or similar)
• Strong communicator with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
• Ideally, some knowledge of asset-heavy industries (like water, energy, infrastructure)
