Contract: 6 months
Rate: £270/day neg

Be part of the digital transformation driving the UK’s essential water infrastructure. We’re looking for a Change Manager with experience in construction or asset management software to help shape how new tools are adopted, embedded, and used across our projects and teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple Emerging Tech transformation projects from idea to delivery
• Track project performance and take action when things need steering
• Work with stakeholders across the business to ensure solutions are adopted and embedded
• Reimagine existing processes to make sure new tech delivers real benefits
• Build compelling business cases to secure support and funding
• Communicate the value of your projects clearly and confidently

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience delivering digital change within infrastructure, utilities, construction, or engineering environments
• Hands-on experience with construction software (e.g., Asite, innDex, Viewpoint, Fieldview, Trimble, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• Comfort working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
• Ideally, knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, Prosci, etc.)
