Job Title:                         Leadership and Development Advisor

Department:                    Organisation and Leadership Development Team

Location:                         Winsford, Cheshire, part time role. 3 days, on site.

Salary:                            £33,366 – £35,253 pro rata, paid on an hourly basis via umbrella

Length of contract:          12 months

A vacancy has arisen for a Leadership and Development Advisor in the Organisation and Leadership Development Team working within the People and Organisational Development Department on a 12-month fixed term basis.

We are seeking a learning and development professional to deliver organisational development initiatives, with a focus on leadership, management, coaching and team development.  You will work closely with the People and Organisational Development team, senior leaders and departmental managers to identify learning needs and implement practical solutions. This role offers a great opportunity to have a meaningful impact working within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the People and Organisational Development team and stakeholders to assess learning needs and align them with organisational goals.

• Deliver leadership programmes as part of the corporate training calendar.

• Performing coaching and mentoring to support professional growth across the organisation.

• Promote a positive and inclusive culture that encourages continuous development, collaborations and high performance.
