? Where You’ll Be Working

?? The Role: Managing Quantity Surveyor
Were looking for a dynamic and experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our team in North Wales. Youll play a key role in the commercial management of our projects - leading cost control, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance, and coaching your team on key commercial processes.
You’ll also:
Lead on financial reports and contract cost recovery
Drive commercial efficiency and profitability
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineers
Monitor risk registers and support final account processes
? What You’ll Bring
Experience or qualifications in Quantity Surveying
Subcontractor management and contract negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of NEC3 & NEC4 (Options A, C & E)
A full, clean UK Driving Licence
Hands-on experience capturing site records and managing variations
