Senior Piping Engineer

We have an exciting new opportunity for a SENIOR PIPING ENGINEER who can be based from our clients Energy offices in Newcastle, Warrington, Glasgow, Gloucester, Stockton, Bristol, or Knutsford.

About the Role:

To manage and deliver piping engineering analysis and design solutions to time, cost, and quality on projects of varying sizes. If you’re familiar with project delivery, you’ll know that they have lots of moving parts and complexity, which is why you’ll be working alongside our Operations Managers and Engineering Managers to enable delivery of maximum value.

Centre to the success of the role will be your people skills, building effective relationships and interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders in multiple locations.

You’ll also work closely with colleagues to support activities that offer the best service to the client. Through your interactions, you’ll be able to gather useful intelligence on client needs and work with the team to deliver innovative solutions.

You’ll utilise your strong communication and engagement skills to achieve client, people and business outcomes, working with your team and peers that are based in different locations across the UK.

Key responsibilities will be:

Take ownership of technical challenges, develop a strategy, and implement the solution through engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Deliver technical solutions (analysis and design).
Produce and review design deliverables (assumption notes, technical specifications, and calculation notes, etc).
