We have an exciting new opportunity for a Sub Project Manager Role working on key Decommissioning Projects at Sellafield site on Legacy Ponds as part of The Decommissioning Alliance (TDA).
About the Projects:
Value Stream Improvement (VSI) projects include both Sludge and Solid waste retrieval, the project is split into multiple packages as defined by the Business Change Managers to embed improvements into the retrievals portfolio.
The projects vary in complexity and scale with some using Lead and Learn design approach with off-site trialling and commissioning of manufactured items.
About the Role:
The current structure has a team of PMs and Sub-PMs in all of whom will support the candidate to get up to speed with their scope quickly.
Based in Cumbria on site and in the local office.
This is a full time role, starting asap and continuing until the Works are complete.
Desired experience:
Familiar with reporting and Earned Value Management.
Technical background and knowledge of Sellafield systems is an advantage.
P6 is advantageous.
Technical, Commercial and Planning Skills.
Good organisational skills and capable of driving project updates with the planner and cost engineers.
