Business Analyst – Technical, Salesforce, Process Mapping, Data Mapping, API, ETL, Financial Services – Northampton – £55,000 - £63,000 base + Bonus & Benefits

My client, a leading Financial Services organisation based in Northampton are looking for a strong Business Analyst to join a major migration programme on a permanent basis.

You’ll be working within a fast-paced environment to help bridge strategic objectives with day-to-day operational execution—supporting the design and delivery of new processes and systems, with a focus on platforms such as Salesforce. Your work will underpin the successful rollout of scalable, future-proof solutions across multiple business areas.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in large-scale change, confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels, and have strong experience with API integrations and ETL processes.

If you have experience in any of the below, please apply:
• Experience in large-scale transformation or migration programmes as a Business Analyst
• Strong background in process design, data mapping & systems implementation
• Experience working with or alongside Salesforce platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus
• Deep understanding of change impacts, business readiness, and structured delivery
