Architectural Technologist - Student Accommodation

I am currently working with a design focused architectural firm based in Sheffield that are looking for and architectural Technologist to join their Student Accommodation team.

Key Responsibilities

• As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for:
• Designing and managing construction projects, specifically in the areas of student accommodation
• Using  Revit to create detailed plans and drawings
•  Working closely with architects and engineers to ensure that the project meets all necessary regulations and standards.
•  Oversee the construction process, making sure that everything is being built according to plan and within budget.

Skills

• Proficiency in Revit software
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Experience with project management and budgeting
• Understanding of construction materials and techniques
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles
• Ability to problem-solve and think creatively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
