Excellent training, mentorship, and career progression on offer.

What you’ll be doing:
Assisting with site appraisals and helping to maximise development potential.

Supporting the design of sketch layouts, feasibility studies, and detailed plans.

Contributing to the creation of design codes, development briefs, and Design & Access Statements.

Attending public consultations, stakeholder workshops, and client meetings.

Helping to prepare CAD drawings, sketches, and presentation materials for planning applications.

Getting involved with site visits, surveys, and collaborative design reviews.

What they’re looking for:
A degree (or master’s) in Architecture or Urban Design.

Up to 3 years’ experience in practice (graduates welcome).

Strong drawing skills - both by hand and on CAD (ArchiCAD training provided).

An interest in traditional, contextual, and character-led design.

Confident communicator with solid written English and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn.

Desirable extras:
Familiarity with masterplanning processes and housing-led regeneration projects.

Interest in classical architecture and design heritage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD platforms (ArchiCAD(.

Perks:
Structured support and training for career development.

Opportunity to shape real-world communities and public spaces.

Flexible working environment with site visits and varied project exposure.
