A premier construction and project management company with a strong track record in delivering complex and high-profile projects across the UK, embarking on new projects in the Cambridgeshire area, seeking experienced Site Managers who are ready to tackle challenging assignments and who possess the necessary security clearance to work on sensitive projects.
Role Overview:
The successful candidates will be instrumental in leading the execution of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is not just about managing day-to-day operations on the construction site; it’s about leading by example and setting the highest standards in security, safety, and project delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Security Clearance: Current MOD/MOJ security clearance is essential due to the sensitive nature of the projects.
- Proven Experience: Extensive experience in construction management, with a track record of successfully delivered projects, preferably in sectors requiring high security.
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage construction teams effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in communicating with and managing expectations of clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Compliance and Safety: Deep understanding of health and safety regulations, quality standards, and the importance of compliance in a highly regulated environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiar with modern project management software, MS Office, and relevant construction technology.
- Qualifications: Holder of a CSCS Card, SMSTS, or equivalent qualifications in construction management.
