Morson are currently recruiting for a Construction Manager for a 7 month project to start immediately based in Portsmouth.
Key Responsibilities
- Start - ASAP
- Assignment duration - 7 months
- Working hours - 7.30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
- Qualifications/tickets/cards required - CSCS & SMSTS
- Main duties/brief outline of job - Proven track record of finishing building projects, experience in an NHS environment preferred, but not essential. Experience of managing multiple trades, driving programme, use of FieldView (or similar project monitoring system) and achieving project completion in line with programme.
