Morson Talent are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join a leading Aerospace business.
This role plays a key part in delivering proactive, pragmatic HR support across a number of contracts, helping to shape a high-performance culture and enabling teams to deliver against strategic objectives.

About the Role
This is a standalone HR position supporting a complex and evolving defence aerospace organisation. You’ll work closely with both local and UK-based management teams, offering hands-on HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding through to performance and ER matters.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering HR strategies aligned with business needs
Managing employee relations and supporting line managers with performance and grievance issues
Overseeing payroll, compensation, and benefits
Managing and maintaining HR policies, processes and systems (including ERP tools)
Driving and supporting recruitment and performance management processes
Providing data and insight to support strategic decision-making
Ensuring local labour law and corporate compliance is maintained
What we’re looking for:
CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) – preferred
Degree-educated – desirable, not essential
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
Strong understanding of core HR principles and best practice
Experience within a highly regulated or defence/aerospace environment is beneficial
Culturally aware, with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
A collaborative and trusted partner, able to work autonomously and with integrity
