From the forces
to civilian life
Morson future-proof the careers of ex-forces personnel
Morson International is the UK's No.1 Technical Recruiter.
We supply personnel across military and civilian projects and we pride ourselves in our involvement with some of the world’s most prominent Aerospace and Defence organisations. Morson provides both white and blue-collar personnel throughout the UK, Europe, the Middle East and North America.
At any one time, we have over 500 ex-military personnel working on our own projects and those of our clients
We work closely with the Careers Transition Partnership (CTP) and British Forces Resettlement Services (BFRS) to ensure a positive recruitment journey and career transition as service leavers move from military to civilian employment.
Our work includes providing CV and interview training, upskilling and the creating invaluable professional networks with ex-forces colleagues. A further key element of our service is our project
and skillset insight. Our position across 12 key markets means we are able to advise each individual service leaver that we work with on the types of roles and industries where they can best capitalise on the skills they have accrued during their time with the Armed Forces. We listen to each service leaver to
ensure we provide the best opportunity for them to excel in their civilian career. Once they begin their new role, either as a Morson employee or as a contractor with one of our clients, we ensure they have access to the support they require through our expert recruitment, HR and contractor care
Daniel Blanchard, 27, did two stints in the army, joining in his teens as a gunner in the Royal Artillery and then as an avionics technician for the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers . In July, he successfully moved into civilian life as Morson placed him as a contractor on aircraft at Manchester airport.
