Job Description
Job Duties:
- Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and implement engineering strategies to meet company objectives
- Oversee the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the engineering industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to completion
- Strong understanding of scientific and pharmaceutical engineering principles
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the engineering industry
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineering (PE) licence
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Working Conditions:
This role is based in Clitheroe, Lancashire, with regular office hours. Occasional travel may be required to visit project sites or attend meetings.
