Location: Goole
Salary: £12.00/hr (equivalent to £25,000/annum)
Type of role: contract (with an opportunity of role to become permanent within 6-12 months)

About Company
Our client is a prominent railway infrastructure company committed to excellence in the rail industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to join our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting of all materials received, whether inbound or outbound, and ensuring alignment with specific Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Key Responsibilities
Data Inputting:
• Data inputting and support of receipt discrepancy queries / transport queries
• Provide timely, quality and accurate management information, (Weekly/Monthly)
• General administration duties
• Support with any other “ad hoc” administrative tasks

Stakeholder Engagement:
• Working closely with the other members of the Team in order to fully understand Customer and Suppliers requirements and expectations.
• Dealing with customer enquiries.

Facility Support:
• Deal with any procurement needs for the facility.

Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for and initiate continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office & Excel spread sheets, particularly words processing and spreadsheet skills
• Customer Service’ oriented
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Previous administration experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment
