An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading firm in the utilities infrastructure sector.

The Role:

Candidates with a strong commercial background, regardless of sector, are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Commercial Team in ensuring compliance with company systems, processes, and procedures on Contracts.
• Monitoring finances, preparing accurate financial statements, and establishing suitable construction contracts with clients.
• Managing subcontractors, including payment applications and final accounts.
• Assisting Business Development in producing information for PQQs and Tenders.
• Developing the Commercial and Operations Team through training and mentoring.

Experience Required:

• Proficiency in NEC3 or 4 Contracts with target cost, fixed price, and/or cost reimbursable mechanisms.
• Experience in framework and contract mechanisms.
• Experience in Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure within the water industry preferable.
• Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Experience in the preparation of interim and final accounts.

Desired Skills:

• Clean Driving Licence.
• Ability to develop teams through training and mentoring.
• Ability to work within a delivery team with multiple drivers.
