Project Developer

Role: Project Developer - Solar PV

Location: Schleswig-Holstein/Lower Saxony - FULLY REMOTE

Salary: €85K + Bonus

Are you a Renewable Project Developer looking for your next exciting mission in Germany? Do you want to take projects on after the land lease agreements have been signed and be responsible solely for pushing the project forward through the development stages?

My client

My client is traditionally a solar panel manufacturer, but has also been developing solar PV projects in Germany for over 18 years. They are a very well established company with a pipeline target of 2GW in Germany by 2030.

Your Duties:

• Manage the development of solar projects from securing the land until obtaining the Permits and reaching the Ready-to-Build stage
• Negotiation for the creation and conclusion of all other contracts and agreements in close cooperation with the project development office as well as the in-house lawyer
• Clarification of the cable route on site
• Preparation of the complete building regulations
• Accompanying the construction management process in coordination with the internal architects and the planning offices
• Oversee permitting applications and permitting process
• Oversee legal and technical due diligences for the acquisition of solar projects at various stages of development

Requirements

• Successfully completed relevant studies (e.g. industrial or civil engineer, business economist, etc.) or comparable training
• Professional experience in project development desirable
• Business fluent spoken and written German
• Confident handling of the MS Office package
• Customer-oriented, assertive and resilient
• Travelling
