Reception Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for Reception Supervisor for a permanent opportunity with a leading property management and real estate services firm in Cambridge.

In this role, you will oversee two primary areas of responsibility:

Community Engagement & Event Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the Community Hub Director & Building Manager to plan and execute events and activities that foster a strong community connection within the building.
  • Promote relevant external events and initiatives to enhance residents’ experiences.
  • Develop relationships with local businesses to provide exclusive offers and services to residents.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for event planning and execution.

Team Leadership & Welcome Experience:

  • Lead and supervise the welcome team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the welcome team, including training and scheduling.
  • Provide a warm and efficient welcome experience for residents and guests.
  • Handle resident inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or events management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional guest services and handle challenging situations.
  • Fluent in English with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
