Overview
We are working with a high-growth, fast-paced industry leader seeking an exceptional Executive Assistantto support at board level. This is a unique opportunity for a confident, organised, and commercially astute EA to join an exciting environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level EA support to senior leadership, including diary and inbox management (with complex and ever-changing schedules).
Own the end-to-end process for board meetings – including preparing and formatting board packs, aligning presentations, taking accurate minutes, and circulating post-meeting documents promptly.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, often acting as a gatekeeper and first impression of the executive team.
Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Proactively anticipate the needs of the executive(s) and deliver solutions before problems arise.
Support on ad-hoc project administration, executive reporting and team coordination.
About You
Proven experience supporting at Executive or C-suite level, ideally in a fast-moving, complex organisation.
Confident working independently and remotely, with excellent judgement and a calm, solution-focused mindset.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong technical skills – especially in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Teams, and document formatting.
Meticulous attention to detail – especially when preparing materials for senior audiences.
Comfortable managing up, influencing, and holding stakeholders accountable where needed.
Available to start quickly (short notice period preferred).
Contract Options
Fixed-Term Contract – £70,000 per annum
ORDay Rate Contract – £250 per day (Inside IR35)
Initial Term: 3–6 months
Extension/Permanent Potential: High
