Job Title: Engineering Manager

Location: North West England, Lancashire, Clitheroe

Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £650.00 - £700.00 Per day

Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies to meet company objectives
  • Oversee the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the engineering industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to completion
  • Strong understanding of scientific and pharmaceutical engineering principles

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the engineering industry

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of project management principles
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineering (PE) licence
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Working Conditions:

This role is based in Clitheroe, Lancashire, with regular office hours. Occasional travel may be required to visit project sites or attend meetings.
