London, Greater London, England

Morson Talent is currently seeking an Administrator to join a major rail client in North West London. This is a contract position, scheduled until October 30, 2024, with potential for extension. The role requires presence at offices conveniently located near Euston station or Mornington Crescent, five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.

The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate Observation Reporting, a crucial method for enhancing the project’s understanding of its culture. All project personnel, visitors, and contractors are encouraged to report observations to recognize areas of excellence and address any issues that may pose risks to health, safety, security, wellbeing, quality, or reputation. All observations are valued, reviewed, and collated to identify emerging trends and acknowledge innovation and excellence within the project.

Observations can be submitted electronically through an app or via written submission using observation cards available across all project locations and sites.

The Administrator will provide support to the Legal and Health, Safety, Wellbeing teams, and assist in meeting the data protection obligations of the business by monitoring, moderating, and administering observation reporting on the Main Works Contract. Join us in making a significant impact on project safety and excellence. Apply now!

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the accident, incident, and observation registers.
  • Review all submitted observations in a timely manner to ensure there is no delay of onward transmission to intended audience.
  • Review and moderate legitimacy of submitted observations to ensure that any submissions that use unsuitable language and/or make inappropriate allegations against individuals or teams, are not distributed.
  • Ensure that any observations that are identified as inappropriate are then flagged to the appropriate escalation point.
  • Any other Administrative duties as deemed necessary
  • Understand the Client and Joint Venture Partners’ Environment and Sustainability Policies, Processes and statutory requirements as they affect the company’s operations and ensure that the requirements, as applicable within their discipline, are implemented on the project.
