Electrical Fault Finder/ High Level Tech

Our client in the rail sector is looking to recruit an Electrical Fault Finder / High Level Tech for a 3 to 6 month contract based at Hornsey Depot.

This role will be within IR35 and will pay between £30 and £40 on either a PAYE or Umbrella basis.

The individual will need to be electrically qualified and any familiarity with the Electrostar EMU platform i.e. the Class derivatives (357, 375, 376, 377, 378, 387, 379) will be beneficial.

A secondary function will be to support the depot production team with maintenance and testing of systems and where necessary fault-finding making use of appropriate diagnostic systems including laptops. Examples include DOO CCTV, PIS and other internal train systems.

The role is envisaged to be 12 weeks in length, with a possible extension based on 10 hour days, working Mon to Fri.
