Power engineer to deliver a power modelling report.
Assessment report, clearly identifying specific assets to which the necessary changes are needed to support the LO services for that case. This must cover:
o High Voltage Distribution System
o High Level Loading Assessment
o Single-End Feeding and ETE Assessment
o Potential Options for intervention
o Summary and Conclusions.

Must have Network Rail 750V DC Line experience
