Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner | £450-£550 per day (inside IR35) | 9 month initially| Manchester | Hybrid

I am recruting for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our client on an interim basis for a period of approx. 9 months. This role will involve partnering with departments within the organisation to provide, financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor project costs and financial performance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for management review.
• Act as a strategic advisor to business units, offering financial guidance and support.
• Work autonomously and proactively, demonstrating the ability to hit the ground running.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
