Morson are delighted to be partnering with one of our key North West clients as they recruit for a Head of HR Delivery to join their HR team.

This is a full-time position which will be for 12 months. Salary is between £69,000 - £75,000 dependant on experience.

Our client offers a hybrid working policy which is the requirement to be in the Manchester City Centre HQ 2 days per week. 

This is a very varied and challenging role as the Head of HR will lead, develop and inspire the HR delivery team covering a range of HR specialisms. The Head of HR will be part of the People Leadership Team, therefore play a crucial role in the development of the overall People Strategy. It is also key that the Head of HR ensures consistent and professional HR advice and support is provided across the organisation. 

The Role:

  • Provide strategic leadership of the HR Delivery Team (circa 30)
  • Work closely with the HR Director to contribute to the development of the overall People Strategy 
  • Support and advise business functions
  • Identify, planning and ensuring the effective implementation of changes needed to meet strategic objectives
  • Maintain oversight and ensure best practice of operational HR activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of working in a Lead HR Ops role
  • Proven experience of leading medium-large sized HR teams
  • A deep knowledge and experience of the transactional side of HR
  • A strong influencer and relationship builder 
  • A true Partner with experience of ensuring HR processes effectively deliver added value and support to an organisation
