About the Role:
As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering engineering projects from start to finish. You’ll work across multi-disciplinary teams, liaising with clients, suppliers, and engineers, while managing timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance.
This is a hands-on and varied role that will suit a driven engineer with strong technical understanding, great organisational skills, and a proactive approach.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Planning and managing production schedules and resource requirements
Reviewing technical documentation and preparing estimates and bids
Carrying out site visits for tendering, monitoring, and project coordination
Overseeing material procurement and logistics
Leading by example on health, safety, and environmental best practice
Writing and reviewing Method Statements and Risk Assessments
Promoting quality standards and assisting with audits
Managing teams and ensuring discipline and productivity on-site
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering background (mechanical/electrical/structural preferred)
Experience in manufacturing and installation of electrical/mechanical systems
Marine engineering knowledge is desirable
Understanding of materials and production techniques
Eligible for or able to obtain SC-level MOD security clearance
