About the Role:

As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering engineering projects from start to finish. You’ll work across multi-disciplinary teams, liaising with clients, suppliers, and engineers, while managing timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance.

This is a hands-on and varied role that will suit a driven engineer with strong technical understanding, great organisational skills, and a proactive approach.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Planning and managing production schedules and resource requirements

  • Reviewing technical documentation and preparing estimates and bids

  • Carrying out site visits for tendering, monitoring, and project coordination

  • Overseeing material procurement and logistics

  • Leading by example on health, safety, and environmental best practice

  • Writing and reviewing Method Statements and Risk Assessments

  • Promoting quality standards and assisting with audits

  • Managing teams and ensuring discipline and productivity on-site

 

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Engineering background (mechanical/electrical/structural preferred)

  • Experience in manufacturing and installation of electrical/mechanical systems

  • Marine engineering knowledge is desirable

  • Understanding of materials and production techniques

  • Eligible for or able to obtain SC-level MOD security clearance
