Job Title: Detail Designer - Piping

Job Duties:

1. Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for piping systems

2. Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs meet project requirements

3. Conduct site visits to gather information for design development

4. Review and interpret technical drawings and documents

5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a detail designer in piping

- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools

- Strong knowledge of piping systems and materials

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Education:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in piping design

Knowledge and Skills:

- Understanding of engineering principles and practises

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of military and defence industry standards (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional certification in piping design

- Experience in the military and defence industry

Working Conditions:

- Office-based work with occasional site visits

- Full-time hours with the possibility of overtime during project deadlines

- Adherence to health and safety regulations
