Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Type: Contract/Temporary
Rate: PAYE: £12.00 / Umbrella £15.37

Key responsibilities will involve:

  • Preparing, organizing, and processing documents for data entry.
  • Confirming receipt of data and maintaining a log.
  • Transcribing source data and entering it into a CRM.
  • Converting information from paper formats into digital files using various methods such as keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
  • Regularly refreshing the system’s data following interactions, collaborations, or any form of communication, ensuring this is a collective team effort.
  • Distributing information to stakeholders through a CRM, including newsletters and meeting invitations.
  • Maintaining efficiency by periodically checking the system and exploring methods to enhance system efficiency.
  • Addressing system-related inquiries.
  • Ensuring team members are kept abreast of any new training or updates regarding the system.
  • Discussing the system’s performance in meetings and identifying actionable points for improvement.
  • Adapting to additional responsibilities as required by the team dynamics.
  • Availability for meetings beyond regular working hours, such as for public information events when necessary.
