M&E Quantity Surveyor

We are working with an excellent Built Environment Consultancy firm in Reading who are looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. 

Title: M&E Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £40,000 - 60,000 DOE
Contract: Permanent Full Time
Location: Reading - Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days home)

You will be responsible for assisting in the provision of a wide range of M&E quantity surveying services including:

- Advise on services costs involved in building projects
- Evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposals
- Advice on contract arrangements and conditions
- Undertaking all elements of pre and post contract work
- Preparing measured term accounts for contractor based clients

The skills and experience you need to have for this role:

- BSc in Quantity Surveying, similar level degree or vocational qualification (or equivalent)
- Clean UK driving licence
