Part 3 Architectural Assistant

We’re working with a reputable and well-established architectural practice in Leicester that’s looking to welcome a talented Part 3 Architectural Assistant to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of projects and take the next step towards full qualification.

What you’ll be doing:
Assisting in the development of concept designs and detailed technical drawings

Supporting project coordination and delivery alongside Senior Architects and Technologists

Gaining exposure to all RIBA stages across residential, commercial schemes and more

Preparing and submitting planning applications, building regulations, and technical packages

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure design intent and technical quality are maintained throughout

Helping to drive projects forward with creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail

What we’re looking for:
A qualified Part 2 with recent completion or nearing completion of Part 3

Strong design flair with solid technical knowledge

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite

A proactive attitude, with the desire to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment

Excellent communication and organisational skills
