Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team of specialist remediation professionals to run a concrete repair project based in Glasgow with the scheme to commence in April. If youre a passionate self-starter, who is experienced in project management of remediation services, then we would like to hear from you.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict and manage resources needed to reach objectives in an effective and efficient manner
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors/suppliers by assigning tasks & good communication
• Utilise industry best practices, techniques & standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments when required
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Project Manager Qualifications preferred:
• Bachelors degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• PTS Certification along with proven track record of working on Rail Schemes
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies & best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

• Based out of Glasgow, you will be based on site with occasional working at our head office in Ripley Derbyshire.
• Acceptance into our Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) after one year of continuous service for employees that are on the books. Freelance workers will not benefit from the EOT.
