Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Academy Training Administrator to join our team at Albion House, RH12 2RW. This role involves entering course completion details into our database and maintaining accurate associated file records, predominantly certificates. The administrator will assist with organising training courses, liaise with training coordinators, and handle various administrative duties including scanning, saving, and dispatching certificates. The position requires strong IT skills for managing training requests and data recording, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks. Working hours are ideally 9am – 5.15pm or 8am – 4.15pm. This is a temporary position with the potential for extension.
