Contract Opportunity: Commercial Specialist - Defence Sector - Warrington (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced Commercial professional with a background in the defence sector? We’re working on an exciting infrastructure programme and looking for a Commercial Specialist to support project delivery through effective contract and commercial management.

Location: Warrington (2-3 days in the office per week)
Contract: 6 months initially (likely to extend)
Clearance: Must be eligible for SC clearance
Start Date: ASAP

? Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert commercial advice and support across the project lifecycle

Manage and administer NEC4 contracts

Support procurement, subcontractor management, and cost reporting activities

Ensure compliance with client and statutory requirements

Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies

? Requirements:
Proven commercial experience within infrastructure or defence sectors

Strong working knowledge of NEC4 contracts (essential)

Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills

Eligible for Security Clearance (SC)

Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
