Are you an experienced Systems Engineer looking to take the next step in your career within the aerospace and defence sector?

£45,000 to £55,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a permanent Systems Engineer based in Fareham, for a leading aerospace company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking engineering team working on advanced technology projects in a secure and collaborative environment.

Role Highlights:

• Develop and implement systems engineering solutions across the full product lifecycle
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compliant embedded system designs
• Capture and manage engineering requirements, verification planning, and risk mitigation
• Contribute to technical reviews, optimisation, and project delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science
• Experience across the full systems engineering lifecycle
• Understanding of aircraft systems, certification standards, and modelling techniques
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• UK or EU nationality required (due to project and security requirements)
• Must have a understanding in Electronics / Systems and Software

Salary & Benefits:

• £45,000 to £55,000 per annum
