The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and talented Engineer to join our client’s Aerospace & Defence Engineering team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of mission-critical product development—taking ideas from concept through to qualification and manufacture.

You’ll be instrumental in delivering safe, innovative solutions for some of the most safety-sensitive environments in the world. This opportunity is ideal for engineers with 2–5 years of experience seeking meaningful work in a high-integrity, high-impact industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Interpret customer and regulatory requirements to create compliant engineering solutions

  • Perform engineering assessments, simulations, and physical testing to validate design performance

  • Lead technical communication and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers

  • Apply structured safety analysis techniques such as FMECA and DFMEA

  • Support continuous improvement across engineering processes and product lifecycles

  • Document and deliver detailed engineering outputs aligned to internal and industry standards

  • Promote and uphold a safety-first engineering culture

  • Actively participate in personal development and professional training initiatives


What We’re Looking For

  • British National eligible for UK security clearance

  • Degree-qualified in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems or related field)

  • 2–5 years of experience in a relevant engineering environment (aerospace, defence, or safety-critical)

  • Understanding of aerospace product qualification processes and regulatory compliance

  • Experience with product safety analysis (FMECA, DFMEA)

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • A team player who embraces collaboration and continuous improvement
