Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise in analogue electronics to lead and drive our innovative projects. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing technical solutions, leading design tasks, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products. This position offers the opportunity for independent accomplishment, creativity, and coordination of assignments, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in challenging and dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in analogue electronics to lead and execute design tasks, providing technical solutions to complex problems.
• Lead work packages from inception to completion, ensuring accountability for product quality and alignment with business requirements.
• Serve as a technical interface to the product management team, developing concepts and ideas in line with product roadmaps.
• Act as a recognized expert in analogue electronics, independently determining innovative solutions and providing guidance to junior engineers.
• Participate in formal project design reviews and oversee work with external development teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc, BEng, or HND) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field.
• Extensive experience in analogue electronics design, including operational amplifiers, discrete transistor circuits, and analogue filter design.
• Proficiency in switch-mode power supplies, measurement and test equipment, and design to meet regulatory standards (e.g., EMC, Radio, Safety).
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical teams effectively.
• Familiarity with schematic capture, circuit simulation, and product development processes.

Additional Advantageous Knowledge:

• Experience in processor interfacing, digital signal processing, and mathematical modeling.
• Knowledge of magnetics, ADC/DAC design, battery-powered devices, and PCB layout.
• Advanced degrees (MSc) and professional certifications (CEng, MIET) are preferred.
