A fantastic opportinuty has arisen for Procurement PMO to join the team with our prestigious client at their site in Filton, this is onsite 100% 

Job Description

Support implementation of Business Transformation Project with target of introducing digital ways of working with major Suppliers.

Project objectives include development, launch, engagement, deployment o-ordination and communications within a Commercial environment working  in a multi-functional team plus and working closely and co-ordinating external Suppliers.

Skills

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate some or all of the following skills and competencies:

Experience working in Procurement, Supply Chain & Administration environments.

Project planning and Management experience.

Understanding of Logistics flows, ERP and MRP systems

Commercial Awareness

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all functions/levels. Understanding the stakeholders needs, clear and consistent messaging, utilising technology, building a relationship, proactive problem-solving, effective negotiation and persuasion.

Ability to blend well in a team.

Motivated, positive and proactive approach to work.

Some travelling may be required

Tasks

Core responsibilities will include the following:

Manage Project tasks and Activities for Suppliers deployment of the new digital processes and Tools

Manage and monitor supplier performance using performance KPIs, dashboard, Project plans and specific action plans resulting from pilots and supplier activities, feedback, gap analyses and assessments. (Project plans management and reporting)

Support and manage project risks and registers.

Facilitate and Participate Supplier pilots / tests, analysis, validation and drumbeat reviews.

Contribute to the resolution and development of solutions to support and enable supplier deployment

Maintain close communication and coordination with the Project and Procurement operational and commercial teams

Project activities, inclusive of KPIs/reports/briefings for monitoring and reporting.

Ensure team engagement to maintain motivation and maximise organisation efficiency.
