Health, safety, and respect for the environment are integral parts of Morson’s fundamental performance.
Our behavioural safety initiative, Work Safe Home Safe, was developed to enable our entire workforce to understand the need for personal cultural change and how to embed safe working in the workplace. Ingraining safety behaviours into our day to day working whilst continuing to develop company policies and processes provides a balanced approach that may be tailored to the specifics of each workplace and client.
Close Call App
Our close call app simplifies and streamlines the reporting of hazards and risks into a simple app, which our workers can use on the go to report incidents straight to our HSQE team. Our app receives around 2,000 close calls per year demonstrating continued buy-in across our operations, with each close call enabling us to deliver proactive actions.

Safety Units
Morson Group, have been leading the way in on-site safety for track operatives across the country via our safety units. To date, 2,013 briefs have been carried out by our safety unit fleets also continued engaging with front line workers, clients and more, by delivering health and safety briefings, mental health consultations and promoting correct working behaviours.
