Contracts Manager/PM

Contracts Manager/PM required on a Part time basis.

You will be assisting a family run high-end residential refurbishment contractor, assisting with day to day site operations and working alongside the director to ensure smooth operations.

Ideally you will come from a site based background, understanding trades processes and able to oversea works and complete periodic quality control inspections, deal with contractor queries etc. 

Part time basis initially, 3 days per week.
