Construction Project Manager - Commercial

Multi Site Construction Project Manager required to assist with commercial works in and around the Central UK region.

We are looking for an experienced Construction project manager, with a history of delivering commercial refurbishment/fit out projects.

Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple projects within the region
• Attending relevant site meetings and updates where required. 
• Providing a link between sites and commercial/upper management teams
• Ensuring projects are progressing on schedule
• Overseeing and enforcing safety standards

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the commercial sector. Site and Office visits will be required, though flexibility is also offered. 

Relevant CSCS card/SMSTS, and first aid required, alongside UK driving licence.
