What Does a Site Manager Do?

As a site manager, you are responsible for ensuring that a construction project is completed on time and within budget. Site manager jobs are based at construction sites and site managers are normally brought into a project just before the physical construction work begins to oversee and supervise the direction of the project.

What Site Manager Jobs are Available?

From major government infrastructure projects to smaller, more specialist private ventures, there are a whole host of exciting infrastructure projects that require the skills of talented site managers. As the UK’s construction industry continues to expand, we’re seeing a steady increase in demand for experienced candidates needed to deliver such a broad range of UK infrastructure schemes. This opens up lucrative opportunities for those working outside of core sectors but that possess similar skill sets.  As a site manager, you can work across a variety of sectors, eligible to work on any projects that require construction work including nuclear, rail and oil and gas projects.
