About the Client: Our client operates within a bustling and fast-paced business unit, specializing in civil engineering works for various clients. With a focus on engineering maintenance and infrastructure projects, they are dedicated to delivering excellence across civil engineering, E&P, Mechanical & Electrical, and highways frameworks.

The Role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be an integral part of the commercial team, supporting Commercial Managers and Operational project delivery teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading commercial management across multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Accurate and timely pricing and estimate submissions.
• Resolving pricing issues and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaboration with Site Managers to gather project information.
• Effective subcontractor management.
• Change management, contract administration, and final accounting.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or progressive Quantity Surveyor.
• Degree qualification and membership with RICS or ICES, or compensating experience.
• Experience in a contracting environment.
• Multi-disciplinary engineering experience in civils, rail, and M&E projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
