Role Overview:
As a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior management across various business areas. You will implement account management plans, participate in business planning, and collaborate with the team to develop long-term strategies and objectives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the implementation of the key account management plan across the account
  • Participate in business planning and review processes
  • Provide oversight across relevant business areas to identify opportunities and provide PMO support from start to implementation
  • Perform special projects as directed or on behalf of the business leader
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term business strategies and objectives
  • Provide administrative support to the Account Management Team to ensure efficient and effective reporting and communication
  • Proactively contribute to diary, meeting, and event preparation, working collaboratively with other Business Support Administrators to provide effective cover when required
  • Note, minute, and action-take at key governance meetings
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as Health & Safety legislation and statutory requirements, maintaining the integrity of operational activities and the safety of employees while providing high-quality service to the Client

Candidate Profile, What You’ll Need:

  • Strong communication (especially written), strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly developed project management skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Exceptional computational and analytical skills: ability to build data-driven slide decks and communicate data insights clearly
  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and manage complex projects across multiple services
  • Independent worker with a proactive, flexible approach and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan and prioritise workload
  • Enthusiastic, versatile, motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • PMO (Project Management Office) skills and experience
  • Methodical, articulate, proactive, and attentive to detail
  • Good time management and planning skills
  • Diplomatic and discreet approach
  • Confident and outgoing with the ability to use own initiative and make decisions
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft business packages
  • Personable and approachable
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Demonstrable experience in business
  • Previous experience in project management is desirable
