Our client, a leading construction and infrastructure organization specialising in railway projects is seeking to employ a Sub Agent to be based working on a Viaduct Scheme in West Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in railway engineering and construction management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the viaduct construction project in compliance with safety, quality, and timeline requirements.
2. Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring that construction activities align with project specifications, design drawings, and industry standards.
3. Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any concerns promptly.
4. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and meet project milestones.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the project manager, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination between different teams involved in the construction process.

Candidates will ideally be degree/HND educated or equivalent, be fully conversant in site paperwork (WPPs etc and be well versed in working within a Rail environment.
