Administration Assistant

Our client Scottish Power are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join the team on a contract basis based in Deeside. 

This is a maternity cover role for 9 months and will be office based.

This role will be split between working in the office and the warehouse.
Days – Monday to Friday
Hours – 8:00 to 16:00 (Flexible)

Responsibilities will include:
Interaction with other departments to investigate and resolve stock issues
Emailing and liaising with warehouse related suppliers
To undertake any additional admin duties as required.
General office duties including copying, scanning & filing of documents
Ensuring all spreadsheets are updated accurately and in a timely manner
Self-motivated with a positive, ‘Can Do’ attitude
Must have experience with Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong work ethic and initiative with the ability to work without supervision
Accurate, thorough, and willing to see things through to the end
Good communication skills, both verbal & written
Enjoy working with people and be able to work as part of a team
Previous experience in an office/Admin environment is preferred.
SAP Experience preferred but not essential.
